Sometimes matters cannot be resolved without the necessity of Court. Where that is the case, we will provide an honest opinion and leave the choice with the client as to when to proceed with this route. Where children are involved, their wellbeing will be the first matter the Court inquires into. We will when proceeding with Court properly prepare and present your case. 

Often Court can be a daunting process, and so we work with you to ensure you have an understanding of what to expect and what is expected of you. Similarly, you can expect us to show up to each attendance well prepared and to fully advocate your interests.
